WHO WE ARE?

Being the daughter company of Swisscom - leading telecommunications company and one of the most sustainable and innovative companies in Switzerland - we share the same values, vision and goals.

As a trustworthy and efficient Swisscom service partner, we create valuable customer experiences. We work in strong collaboration with our partners in Switzerland and attract and retain high performers.

We're expanding our finance and business services in Lisbon and are looking for a Finance Services Specialist to join our GFI (Group finance) team.

We invite driven professionals to join us, grow with us, and help shape the future.

The team / project

GFI delivers finance and business services with a strong focus on quality, compliance and customer orientation across several service areas. This role is part of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) service area, which covers the end-to-end flow from purchase orders and goods receipt to invoice processing, matching and payments.

As Finance Service Specialist, you independently deliver and coordinate end-to-end finance services with high quality, compliance and customer orientation. You own day-to-day service execution, resolve operational issues and continuously improve processes, data quality and service performance across GFI service areas.

What you'll do

  • Solve independently: Analyse and resolve operational issues, exceptions and customer inquiries on your own.

  • Connect the dots: Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers and service partners.

  • Steer by KPIs: Monitor service performance, quality and KPIs, and initiate corrective actions where required.

  • Improve with digital tools: Implement process, data and automation improvements within your area of responsibility.

  • Grow the team: Train and support the development of junior colleagues.

  • Share what you know: Actively support knowledge-sharing, cross-training and service standardisation initiatives.

  • Clear career path: grow into Finance Service Expert or within Finance Service Specialist, rotate across different GFI processes and act as key user of systems in your area of expertise

  • Hybrid and flexible working: 2 days in the office, flexible hours between 6:00 and 20:00

  • 25 days of annual leave (3 more than the legal minimum)

  • Meal allowance of €10.40 per day

  • Multicare private health insurance, with the option to add dependents at an attractive cost

  • Personal accident and business travel insurance

  • Home-office allowance of €22 per month, plus a €300 home-office equipment budget every 5 years

  • Communication allowance of €20 per month, plus an €800 mobile phone budget every 3 years

  • Mobility allowance of €480 per year for your commute

  • Laptop and standard equipment kit

  • €1,000 referral bonus for every successful hire you refer

  • Among others benefits
